Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – Poytaxt Bank JSC has been officially registered by the National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a participant in the "Regulatory Sandbox" special legal regime, specifically within the capital market sector.
The bank intends to issue foreign currency-denominated bonds while operating under this special legal framework.
The process for issuing, placing, circulating, and redeeming these bonds will adhere to the stipulations outlined in the Regulation "On the procedure for the issuance, placement, circulation, and redemption of bonds denominated in foreign currency within the framework of the 'Regulatory Sandbox' special legal regime in the capital market sector." This regulation was registered as No. 3826 on April 29, 2026.
