More than 11,000 men in Uzbekistan married older women in one year
The highest number of such marriages was recorded in Tashkent city, Khorezm and Kashkadarya regions, and the lowest number was recorded in Syrdarya region.

According to the National Statistics Committee, in 11,040 marriages registered in Uzbekistan in 2023, the bride was older than the groom.
The highest number of such marriages was observed in Tashkent city, Khorezm and Kashkadarya regions, while the lowest number was recorded in Syrdarya region.
