"Goodness Airdrop": Uzum, PUBG Mobile and Ona Foundation launch charity event on Knowledge Day

**"Goodness Airdrop": Uzum, PUBG Mobile and Ona Foundation launch charity campaign on the occasion of Knowledge Day**
PUBG Mobile players can now help children from low-income families across Uzbekistan prepare for the new school year simply by playing the game. In the partnership between Uzum, PUBG Mobile and Ona Foundation, the activity of the gaming community turns into real help.
This joint initiative was called "Goodness Airdrop". "Airdrop" is one of the most popular elements of the PUBG Mobile game, which always means long-awaited help for players, that is, a valuable cargo with the necessary equipment when it is needed most. The partners brought this idea to life. This time, "Goodness Airdrop" brings not only game resources, but also hope and everything necessary for children to start the new school year with confidence.
The main goal of the project is to show that even participating in a simple game can become part of a great good deed. Every gaming moment can be turned into real help, so that by September 1, no child will be left without the necessary school supplies. After all, the power of the community can change people's lives even outside the virtual world.
During a special game event in PUBG Mobile, the activity of players will open up new volumes of assistance, which will be fully funded by Uzum and PUBG Mobile. The more actively the community participates in the event, the more school kits will be given to children. No money will be required from the players themselves.
Each branded school kit includes a backpack and a set of necessary school supplies: notebooks, pencil cases, colored pencils, a pen, stickers and a thermos mug. The kits will be delivered to children in different regions of the country, and their distribution will be handled by the Ona Public Foundation.
"We want to show that everyone can help - sometimes it only takes a few clicks on the smartphone screen. Together with PUBG Mobile, we are combining technology, community power and a desire to help others so that 5,000 children will have everything they need to study by the start of the new school year," said Maria Skorik, Director of External Communications and ESG Projects at Uzum.
PUBG Mobile notes that the gaming community has long been uniting people not only around entertainment, but also around important social initiatives.
"We are truly excited to be able to turn the activism of our players into a real force for good in society. Everyone can participate in the campaign, and the more active the gaming community is, the more school kits Uzum and PUBG Mobile will provide to children in need," said Xunda Lu, Regional Director of Publishing for PUBG Mobile.
The Mother Foundation notes that preparing a child for school remains a serious financial burden for many families.
"Each school kit means more than a backpack and stationery. It is an opportunity for a child to come to school prepared, feel more confident and start the school year on an equal footing with their classmates. We are grateful to our partners for this initiative that unites business, technology and thousands of people around a common goal," the foundation said.
The charitable initiative is related to the preparation for the Day of Knowledge and is aimed at uniting business, the gaming community and public organizations to support children, while contributing to the development of a culture of charity in Uzbekistan.
