Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – Khairullo Bozorov, the Governor of Ferghana Region, met with Todd Miller, president of the American company Head Honchos LLC, to deliberate on establishing structured and lawful labor migration pathways for Ferghana residents seeking employment in the United States.

The discussions centered on potential seasonal job openings in the agricultural sector and other industries within the U.S. labor market for individuals from Ferghana Region.

Head Honchos LLC specializes in sourcing international workers for agricultural businesses, farms, landscaping companies, and other seasonal industries in the United States. The firm also collaborates with employers and facilitates the application process for H-2A and H-2B work visas.

Both parties addressed contemporary strategies for managing labor migration, encompassing candidate selection, language and vocational training, and forging direct connections with American employers.

Todd Miller acknowledged the achievements of agricultural reforms in Ferghana Region, suggesting that the region's agricultural capacity could help fulfill the demands of the U.S. seasonal labor market.

Khairullo Bozorov affirmed that relevant organizations would be engaged to execute the agreed-upon initiatives, and the regional administration would offer essential backing.
