Benefits for projects in livestock farming and fisheries have been expanded

Entrepreneurs will be able to receive loans of up to 5 billion soums for the creation of complexes and the purchase of breeding stock, and for individual projects involving the production of breeding livestock and fish, up to 20 billion soums at a rate of 10% per annum.

**Expansion of Benefits for Livestock and Fisheries Projects**

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 435 dated August 6, 2026, entitled "On Additional Measures of State Support for Livestock and Fisheries."

This document approves the Regulation governing the issuance of loans for the creation of livestock complexes, the acquisition of breeding stock, and the financing of fisheries projects.

In accordance with Resolution No. PP-179 dated May 12, 2026, 1 trillion soums from the State Agricultural Support Fund are annually allocated to commercial banks. These funds are placed for 10 years at 6% per annum.

In addition, the Reconstruction and Development Fund is allocating funds equivalent to $50 million in national currency at the request of Khalk Bank and Mikrokreditbank. These funds are provided for a 10-year term, including a four-year grace period, at 6% per annum.

To receive a loan, applicants must submit the relevant documents through the Agroplatform information system.

Loans are issued for terms of up to 10 years, with a four-year grace period, at 10% per annum to finance:

Entrepreneurs operating in the livestock sector are provided with loans from international financial institutions, raised through government debt, at a rate of 10% per annum.

In the event of late loan repayment by the borrower, the outstanding portion of the loan will be reissued by the bank as a commercial loan from its own funds, and these funds will be returned to the Fund.
