Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) –

The Yashnabad District Court of Tashkent sentenced a 22-year-old man to 15 days of administrative arrest and a fine of five basic units. The reason for the sentence was his commission of several administrative offenses, including indecent sexual acts against a pensioner.

According to the case file, the incident occurred on August 4 at approximately 5:30 AM near Dustlik Park. According to the court, the man, while intoxicated and drinking alcohol in a public place, committed indecent sexual acts against the elderly woman.

After the incident, he attempted to flee, but was detained by citizens and handed over to law enforcement officers. The court ruling also stated that the man refused to comply with the lawful demands of the police.

During the court hearing, the offender fully admitted his guilt, expressed remorse for his actions, acknowledged the consequences of his actions, and requested a mitigation of his sentence.

After reviewing all case materials, including the parties' submissions, the administrative protocol, the report, the act, and other evidence, the court found the man's guilt fully proven.

His actions were classified under Article 183 (petty hooliganism), Part 2 of Article 187 (repeated consumption of alcohol in a public place within one year of an administrative penalty), and Part 1 of Article 194 (failure to comply with the lawful orders of an internal affairs officer) of the Administrative Code of Uzbekistan.
