**UzPost did not approve a 100 billion soum loan from a Wildberries entity**

Shareholders of UzPost did not support securing a 100 billion soum loan from Wb int export. All voting participants abstained on this issue. At the same meeting, a new composition of the supervisory board was approved, which included five representatives of Wildberries & Russ entities.

According to data from the Unified Portal of Corporate Information, the updated supervisory board includes Akmal Primkulov, CEO of Wb int export; Evgeny Mitin, Director of the Investment and Control Department at RVB; Emil Khasyanov, Deputy Director of the Legal Department at RVB; Pavel Logunov, Chief Financial Officer at RVB; and Alexandra Khmeleva, Director of the Regional Development Management Department at "WB Bank".

In addition, the board includes Oleg Pekos, First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies; Shakhzod Usarov, a specialist from the Chamber of Accounts; Muzzafar Astonakulov, Head of Department at the Ministry of Economy and Finance; and Roger Crook, an independent member.

The powers of the previous supervisory board were terminated ahead of schedule. All shareholders participating in the vote supported this decision.

Regarding the acquisition of the 100 billion soum loan from Wb int export, it was proposed to provide the funds at the Central Bank's refinancing rate. The draft resolution also included a loan repayment schedule and the buyout of the company's shares at the request of shareholders, followed by their cancellation. However, all voting participants abstained, and the decision to secure the loan was not approved.

It was previously reported that UzPost could be privatized: economist Otabek Bakirov stated that the national operator could be sold to "one of the northern marketplaces," and experts suggested this referred to Wildberries. At the time, UzPost confirmed that they were considering attracting an investor, while the Anti-Corruption Agency called for ensuring transparency in the privatization process. Neither the government nor Wildberries officially commented on the deal.
