In Uzbekistan, the procedure for issuing loans to young entrepreneurs has been revised

Financial support measures for young entrepreneurs are being expanded in Uzbekistan. The new rules provide for loans, microloans, and compensation for part of the expenses on business projects.

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the changes by Decree No. 598 dated October 30, 2026. The document came into force on the same day.

Now, the State Targeted Fund for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship under the Youth Affairs Agency will finance projects according to the updated rules. The Fund will be able to issue loans through commercial banks and provide microloans. In addition, it will compensate for part of the costs of project implementation.

The new rules also apply to support programs, including "Combinator". Aside from this, the fund will continue to finance the training of young specialists in information technology and computer programming. Their startups and business projects will also be eligible for support.

Amendments have been made to Cabinet of Ministers Decrees No. 556 of August 31, 2021, and No. 426 of July 10, 2025.
