Uzbekistan and Turkey have agreed to expand cooperation in the field of radiation and nuclear safety. The corresponding document was signed by the Scientific and Technical Center for Radiation and Nuclear Safety of Uzbekistan and the Turkish company NÜTED (Nuclear Technical Support Joint Stock Company).
The agreement was concluded during the 70th IAEA General Conference.
As part of the partnership, the parties plan to conduct joint scientific research, develop technical and analytical expertise, as well as organize training and professional development for specialists.
It is expected that the reached agreements will facilitate the exchange of experience and the further development of professional competencies in the field of radiation and nuclear safety.
