Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea discussed cooperation in the mining industry
A meeting was held between the First Deputy Minister of Mining and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan, F. Khamidova, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mr. Won Do-yeon, as well as the Director of the KEXIM Bank Representative Office in Uzbekistan, Kang Sangjin.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A meeting was held between First Deputy Minister of Mining and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan F. Hamidova, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan Mr. Won Do-yeon, and Director of the KEXIM Bank Representative Office in Uzbekistan Kang Sangjin.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea and the prospects for further development of cooperation in the mining and geology sectors.
The issues of accelerating preparations for future events and consistently continuing mutually beneficial cooperation were also considered.
