Uzbek wrestlers take third place at U20 World Championship

Dostonbek Oripov won silver medals in the under 60 kg weight category and Sohibjamol Esbusinova in the under 53 kg weight category.
Nilufar Nurmuhammadova won a bronze medal in the under 50 kg weight category.
According to the results of the Greco-Roman wrestling competitions, the Uzbek national team took third place in the overall team standings, having accumulated 95 points. The Russian and Iranian national teams took higher places.
Uzbek athletes continue to fight for medals in other weight categories. In the evening program, Muhayyo Narzilloyeva will compete in the final in the weight category up to 65 kilograms. Her opponent will be the representative of Russia Margarita Salazaryan.
Feruza Kairatdinova will fight for the bronze medal in the weight category up to 62 kilograms. Her opponent will be the winner of the match between Turkey's Ozdenur Ozmez and China's Ifan Zhu.
