Una Moliya launched a modern mobile app in Uzbekistan

Una Moliya, a microfinance organization licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has launched a mobile app. Applying for a loan of up to 25 million soums and receiving the money on your card has become even more convenient.

Una Moliya has introduced an innovative mobile app in Uzbekistan for processing and managing microloans. Now, the entire process—from submitting an application to depositing funds to a bank card—is completed via smartphone, eliminating the need to visit a branch, provide income statements, or engage guarantors.

Submitting an application takes approximately two minutes, and a loan approval is made on average within 10 minutes. Microloan amounts range from 500,000 to 25 million soums, and clients can choose a repayment term from 1 to 12 months. Funds are transferred directly to UZCARD or HUMO cards.

The app combines microloan processing and servicing functions in a single interface. User identification is performed using biometric data directly in the app.

The loan interest rate is calculated individually and can range from 55% to 109.5% per annum. Final terms are available in the personal account after the provided information is verified.

Compared to the web version, the mobile app provides faster and more stable biometric identification, reducing application time. Additionally, the app offers a personal account with the ability to edit contact information. Further simplification of the application process is planned for the future, as well as the addition of loan and repayment history.

**How to apply for a microloan:**

Almaz Torutayev, Regional Director for Central Asia at UnaFinancial (the parent company of Una Moliya), noted: "Uzbekistan is one of the most dynamically developing markets in Central Asia, where the development of the fintech industry is of strategic importance. Digital services make financial services more accessible to the population and contribute to the strengthening of the country's economy. The market is growing, and with it, the demand for convenience is growing. According to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the assets of microfinance organizations in Uzbekistan reached 13.3 trillion soums by the beginning of April 2026, an increase of almost 47% year-on-year, while the volume of loans issued grew from 8.2 to 11.8 trillion soums. The market is shifting toward digital services, and a mobile app is a logical step for a player focused on fast and transparent access to funds. Clients are increasingly resolving financial matters using their smartphones, and the market must meet these needs. The launch of the app is our contribution to this development: applying for a microloan has become even faster and more transparent, without unnecessary barriers.
