According to the Tashkent Main Department of Internal Affairs press service, detectives identified the driver of a motorcycle traveling at 210 km/h within the city limits. This occurred after a video of the incident was shared on social media.
The driver admitted his guilt. A report was filed against him under Article 128-3 of the Administrative Code (exceeding the speed limit by 60 km/h or more). He was fined 15 BRV, and his motorcycle was impounded.
The second motorcyclist, who filmed the incident and posted the video online, failed to comply with a traffic police officer's order to stop. When officers attempted to bring him in for a report, he actively resisted, loudly expressed his dissatisfaction, and created a disturbance in the street, thereby disturbing public order.
The court found him guilty under Articles 183 (Petty hooliganism) and 194 (Failure to comply with a lawful order of an internal affairs officer) of the Code of Administrative Offences and sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest.
