The main factor in the increase of the White House leader's wealth was cryptocurrency projects and liquid assets with a total value of approximately $2.4 billion. In particular, Trump owns $709 million in meme tokens and $338 million in tokens of the World Liberty Financial project, while his stablecoin issuance business is valued at $233 million.
The US president also owns ten golf courses in the country, the Mar-a-Lago club, the Trump National Doral Miami golf resort, and three properties in Europe. According to Forbes, their total value reaches $1.8 billion. In addition, Trump has invested $1.1 billion in real estate. Among the largest properties are stakes in two office complexes in New York and San Francisco, the Trump Tower skyscraper, the Trump Park Avenue residential building, and others. Another $1 billion comes from Trump's stake in Trump Media and Technology Group, which owns the Truth Social social network. As Forbes noted, financially this is "one of the most absurd businesses in America": in 2024, the company generated $3.7 million in revenue and suffered a loss of $712 million.
The White House leader's other assets are valued at $700 million. These include a management business, a helicopter and an airplane, $5 million in loans given to his children, and $2 million in pension funds. At the same time, according to Forbes estimates, Trump's wealth has decreased by $300 million over the past year. In particular, the president must pay $94 million in lawsuits.
