Traffic will be temporarily restricted on a section of the Tashkent—Osh highway

Due to repair work on the bridge over the Chirchiq River, the traffic lane from the valley to Tashkent will be closed from 10:00 AM on November 3 until 07:00 AM on November 4.

Vehicle movement will be temporarily restricted on a section of the A373 "Tashkent—Osh" highway passing through the Bektemir district of Tashkent city. This was announced by the Committee for Roads.

The restriction is due to repair work being carried out on the bridge over the Chirchiq River, located at the 1st kilometer of the highway.

For this reason, from 10:00 AM on November 3 to 07:00 AM on November 4, the direction of this road leading from the valley to Tashkent will be closed.

To create convenience for drivers, vehicles entering Tashkent city from the Yuqorichirchiq district will be rerouted from the 6th kilometer of the D012 "Bektemir city—Chirchiq city—Ghazalkent city—Charvak settlement" highway toward the Yik-ota and Fergana street direction.

Earlier, it was reported that nearly 6,000 violations were detected in road construction in Uzbekistan over nine months.
