Traffic violation cases will be transferred completely electronically

The procedure for processing and reviewing administrative cases related to traffic violations in Uzbekistan is expected to be radically updated. According to the new draft instruction, all administrative cases related to violations will be processed electronically, and appeals will be considered based on the principles of "single window", "extraterritoriality" and "open space".

Traffic violations will be completely transferred to an electronic system.

According to the new draft instruction, administrative cases related to traffic violations will be conducted electronically through the "Administrative Practice" module of the Unified Automated Information System of the Traffic Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. All documents, material and digital evidence related to the case will also be submitted to the courts in electronic form.

The draft provides for a number of innovations for citizens and legal entities:

* **The principle of "extraterritoriality":** The possibility of submitting applications for administrative cases to any regional center of the country will be created.

* **The "single window" system:** Services will be provided through a single point.

* **The "open space" approach:** Unobstructed reception will be ensured.

In addition, the procedure for using tablets to register violations, approving electronic reports via electronic graphic signature or fingerprint, as well as sending decisions and notifications via mobile applications, SMS messages, and personal accounts will be introduced.
