Traffic to be restricted on one of Tashkent's streets for 10 days

In Tashkent, starting today, October 8, traffic restrictions have been introduced for 10 days on a section of Kamil Yashin Street. On this stretch, work has begun on replacing heating pipes, so the passage between Shota Rustaveli and Bogibuston streets is temporarily closed.

The restrictions are related to the capital's preparations for the 2026–2027 heating season, which is being carried out by the capital's heating operator, Veolia Energy Tashkent.

On a section of about 590 meters in length, specialists will replace a pipeline with a diameter of 400 millimeters. During the period of work, traffic on this stretch of the road will be restricted.

Drivers are advised to take the introduced restrictions into account in advance and choose alternative routes. Residents of the capital are asked to treat the temporary inconvenience with understanding.
