Cameras monitoring violations on dedicated lanes have begun operating on Lutfi Street in Tashkent.
Along the right edge of the carriageway on the street, a dedicated "A" lane has been organized for public transport, as well as separate lanes for bicycles, electric scooters, and other personal mobility devices.
The cameras track instances of other vehicles driving, stopping, and parking in these lanes in violation of established rules.
Fines are issued in accordance with the procedure established by legislation for violations of stopping and parking rules recorded by the cameras.
As previously reported, a video surveillance system is being implemented in stages in the capital, aimed at ensuring priority for public transport, improving road safety, and preventing the misuse of dedicated lanes.
