Tourist flow from Uzbekistan to Vietnam increased by 44.7%
In the first half of 2026, 23,409 Uzbeks traveled to Vietnam. The flow of tourists increased by 44.7% compared to the previous year.
Uzbek tourists visit Vietnam up 44.7%
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Statistics Committee, 23,409 Uzbek citizens visited Vietnam in the period from January to June 2026. This figure is 44.7% more than in the same period last year, which means 7,200 more people visited.
Most of these trips were made for tourism purposes. In particular, 22,030 citizens went to Vietnam to travel. Also, 1,212 citizens went to this country to visit relatives.
In addition, 157 trips were made for medical treatment, and 10 trips were made in connection with official duties.
The National Statistics Committee noted that compared to the first half of 2025, the number of trips made by Uzbek citizens to Vietnam increased by almost 45%.
