The "Caravan of Enlightenment" project, in harmony with the slogan "United, we will create a great history," is aimed at conveying President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's ideas dedicated to the anniversary of independence to society. Following a training session held on September 4 for 40 propagandists, the project continued on September 7–9 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and the Andijan, Samarkand, Navoiy, Fergana, Namangan, Bukhara, and Khorezm regions. A total of 2,089 participants from 8 regions took part in these scientific and educational meetings.

Great changes begin first and foremost in human thinking. A new idea is born, a question arises, a dialogue is established. Most importantly, these ideas and initiatives turn into action. Today, the scientific and educational events taking place in our country under the slogan "United, we will create a great history" are becoming the practical manifestation of this very process.

The "Caravan of Enlightenment" carries not only ideas from one region to another, but also the spirit of dialogue, reflection, and initiative. Its main goal is to convey the ideas and initiatives put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the solemn ceremony dedicated to the 35th anniversary of our country's independence to our people through simple, clear, and real-life examples, and to turn them into practical action.

Implemented in cooperation with the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, the Public Fund under the Oliy Majlis, the "Ma'rifat" Propagandists Society, the Institute of Social and Spiritual Research, and other organizations, this "Caravan of Enlightenment" is not just ordinary propaganda. Because in this process, a person does not remain merely a listener, but becomes a participant who expresses opinions, asks questions, and shows initiative.

A new idea is born at every meeting. And a new idea creates the foundation for new action. In this sense, each destination of the caravan is a unique educational platform. Here, a civil servant and an elder, a youth leader and a women's activist, a propagandist and a representative of the public converse around a single goal. And the goal is one — to strengthen the sense of involvement in the development of the country.

A great movement started with a small but important step.

On September 4, a seminar-training was organized at the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment for 40 republican propagandists. They were provided with methodological recommendations on modern methods of effectively organizing educational events in regions, ministries, and departments. Scripts, video materials, presentations, and lecture texts were provided. Now, this knowledge and experience are being delivered to the regions. That is, 40 propagandists do not mean just 40 destinations. Behind them stand thousands of meetings, thousands of dialogues, and new initiatives. The multiplication of an idea is its transformation into strength.

On September 7–9, seminar-trainings and scientific-educational meetings were held in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Andijan, Samarkand, Navoiy, Fergana, Namangan, Bukhara, and Khorezm regions. The events were attended by 440 participants from Karakalpakstan, 190 from Samarkand, 100 from Andijan, 150 from Navoiy, 220 from Fergana, 264 from Namangan, 225 from Bukhara, and 500 from Khorezm. In total — 2,089 people. At first glance, this is just a number. But behind every number is a person. There is their question, opinion, life experience, proposal, and vision of the future. Therefore, the greatest result of the "Caravan of Enlightenment" can be seen not in numbers, but in people's thoughts.

Enlightenment is not just about providing knowledge. It urges a person to think, search, and act. Therefore, it is no coincidence that civil servants, elders, women's activists, youth leaders, and enlightenment propagandists are participating in the seminars. Each of them brings a new idea to their team, their neighborhood, and their region.

An idea awakened in one person can set a whole team in motion. And the movement of one team can change the social atmosphere in an entire region.

The journey of the "Caravan of Enlightenment" is still long. It carries noble ideas from one region to another, from one community to another. At every meeting, questions arise, opinions clash, and new initiatives emerge. In fact, the most important destination of the caravan is not a specific building or region. Its most important destination is the human heart and mind. Because if thinking changes, the attitude changes. If the attitude changes, action appears. And action creates results.

Today, the goal of thousands of people uniting around the "Caravan of Enlightenment" is common: to deeply understand the essence of the reforms, to feel a sense of involvement in the destiny of the country, and to contribute to development. After all, great history is not written only by historians. It is created by people who felt responsibility in their time, strived for knowledge, and united around a noble goal.

Today's new idea is tomorrow's new action. And today's new action will become the great history of the future. New idea — new action — new result.
