Three more overpasses will be built in Andijan — President

It is planned to build three more large overpasses in Andijan. They will be constructed at the intersections of Milliy Tiklanish and Navoiy streets, O‘zbekiston and Bobur streets, as well as Amir Temur and Yangi Aylanma streets. Additionally, a bridge bypassing the center of the Asaka district is currently under construction.

Three more major overpasses will be built in the Andijan region by 2027. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced this during a meeting held on September 24.

They will be constructed at the intersections of Milliy Tiklanish and Navoiy streets, O‘zbekiston and Bobur streets, as well as Amir Temur street and the New Ring Road. In addition, a bridge bypassing the center of the Asaka district will also be commissioned, he said.

A day earlier, the head of state inspected the bridge near the railway station, which connected two parts of Bobur Avenue. The project cost amounted to 271 billion soums.
