The volume of healthcare services in Uzbekistan reached 11.3 trillion soums

The volume of healthcare services in Uzbekistan reached 11.3 trillion soums. This was reported by the National Statistics Committee.

The volume of medical services provided during January-June 2026 increased by 16.8% compared to the same period last year.

The largest share in the structure of services was occupied by other healthcare services, which amounted to 53.7%. Hospital services accounted for 31.8% of the total volume, and medical practice and dentistry services - 14.5%.

The highest volume of healthcare services was recorded in Tashkent, which reached 5.2 trillion soums in six months.

The next places were occupied by Tashkent region with 1.1 trillion soums and Samarkand region with 830.2 billion soums.

The volume of healthcare services in Fergana region amounted to 675.4 billion soums, in Namangan region - 550.4 billion soums, and in Andijan region - 507.2 billion soums.

In Bukhara region, this figure reached 392.3 billion soums, in Khorezm region - 390.9 billion soums, in Kashkadarya region - 360.4 billion soums, and in the Republic of Karakalpakstan - 335.5 billion soums.

In Surkhandarya region, the volume of healthcare services amounted to 262 billion soums, in Jizzakh region - 251.5 billion soums, in Syrdarya region - 203.2 billion soums, and in Navoi region - 193.1 billion soums.
