Ministry of Defense Military Team Wins Tournament in Korea
Servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan worthily participated in the International Scientific Combat Training Competition held in the Republic of Korea.
In this prestigious competition, nearly 500 participants within 12 teams from a total of 7 countries, including the USA, Azerbaijan, Australia, and Poland, competed against each other. The processes were observed by military personnel from 8 countries, such as Turkey, Mexico, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
In the current stage of this competition, which has been organized since 2023, the participants first completed the tasks of conducting combat in mountainous, forested, and urban areas. Then, they competed in the stage of simultaneously conducting combat under the conditions of all three areas.
"The tasks, which require great experience and skill from any specialist, did not pose a difficulty for the servicemen of the Ministry of Defense. They recorded record results in various directions. In particular, our military personnel completely destroyed the simulated enemy forces on the defensive in the mountainous area without any casualties and captured 7 flags.
In the task of conducting combat in urban conditions, they also launched an attack on the defending simulated enemy, capturing all objects and 7 flags. This success had also never been achieved by any team before.
Additionally, the team of Uzbek military personnel broke the record in conducting combat in urban conditions for holding defense objects, capturing 7 objects and all flags without losing a single soldier.
