The Sky Camp Bo'stonliq race will be held in the Tashkent region.

From August 22 to 23, the Sky Camp Bo'stonliq event will be held at the Amirsoy ski resort, located in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region.

This event is part of the Samarkand Marathon Series 2026, an international charity race series established in 2019 by the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan.

Participants will be offered trail runs of 5, 10, and 20 kilometers, covering natural terrain including mountain paths, dirt roads, and rocky sections. The program also includes a vertical race, a run with elements of yoga and meditation, children's races, and plogging—a race combined with litter picking.

The routes are laid out along the slopes of Amirsoy and are designed for runners of various skill levels. All participants who successfully complete the course within the established time limit will be awarded commemorative medals.

Mirkhan Sagitov, Head of Marathon Sales and Series Curator, stated that the organizers intend to develop Bostanlyk as a key destination for trail running and sports tourism in Uzbekistan.

"Our long-term goal is to turn Sky Camp Bo'stonliq into one of the leading trail running events in Central Asia and create a race that will attract participants to Uzbekistan," he emphasized.

In addition, the Sky Camp Bo'stonliq Expo will be held in Tashkent on August 19-20, where participants will be able to pick up their race packs and network with representatives of the running community.

This year, the Samarkand Marathon Series will also feature a new event, the Aral Ultra, scheduled for October 3-4. The Samarkand Marathon itself will be held on November 7-8.
