The VII International Festival of Traditional Textiles "Atlas Bayrami" ("Atlas Feast") will take place in Margilan.

From September 12 to 16, events aimed at developing professional skills will be held, while the main program is scheduled for September 17–19.

Among the participants are artisans, designers, textile industry specialists, researchers, and cultural figures from various countries.

The festival has been held since 2015 and has become a platform for preserving, developing, and transmitting the traditions of textile craftsmanship, as well as for integrating heritage into modern creative industries.

This year's program includes a series of exhibitions, masterclasses, fashion shows, and business meetings, which will take place at the "Vodiy Gavhari" ("Pearl of the Valley") tourist complex, the Margilan Crafts Development Center, and the Museum of History of Margilan.

Participants will present the results of a joint project by UNESCO and the European Union on skills development, demonstrating a synthesis of traditional techniques and modern design.
