The Ministry of Justice has registered a departmental document containing the requirements for the financial recovery plan of banks. This document was registered on August 13, 2026 under number 3924.
The regulation determines the content of the financial recovery plan of banks and the requirements for its update. The procedure for submitting and assessing the plan to the Central Bank is also specified in this document.
The recovery plan is approved by the bank's supervisory board. The bank's internal audit service independently assesses the development, update and implementation of the plan at least once a year.
The recovery plan includes information on managing the recovery plan, strategic analysis and recovery indicators. In addition, the document establishes recovery measures, recovery scenarios, the procedure for communicating within the plan, and preparatory measures aimed at its implementation.
The bank updates the recovery plan annually. At the same time, the plan shall be updated ahead of schedule if there are significant changes in the organizational structure, activities or financial condition of the bank that may affect the plan.
According to the Regulation, banks' recovery plans shall be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary. This document shall enter into force three months from the date of its official publication.
