Reports have appeared on social media about unknown young men who walked around apartment building entrances at night, rang apartment doorbells, and pulled door handles, disturbing and frightening residents. The Yunusabad District Department of Internal Affairs explained what happened.

The incident occurred on October 26 at around 00:30 in one of the multi-story buildings in the 10th block of Yunusabad. According to law enforcement officers, three 16-year-old teenagers were looking for an acquaintance who lived in the same building, but they got the entrance wrong. They rang a stranger's doorbell several times and disturbed the residents.

When the young men realized they had the wrong address, they left. The Main Department of Internal Affairs also clarified that no dangerous items were found on the teenagers.

Employees of the Yunusabad Department of Internal Affairs are currently conducting an investigation.

Earlier in Namangan, a group of teenagers robbed four of their peers, taking their money, watches, and mobile phones.
