The dollar exchange rate in Uzbekistan fell to 11,857 soums

The dollar in Uzbekistan has fallen to 11,857 soums.

According to the Central Bank's announcement on foreign exchange rates effective from August 18:

* The dollar exchange rate fell by 33.83 soums, reaching 11,857.35 soums.

* The euro exchange rate fell by 7.11 soums, reaching 13,746.23 soums.

* The ruble exchange rate appreciated by 2.51 soums, reaching 139.32 soums.

As of August 17, the dollar exchange rate had fallen below 11,900 soums.
