The Competition Committee has found violations in the "Navoiy Suv Ta'minoti" tender worth 15.5 billion soums

The Competition Development Committee has identified violations in a 15.5 billion soum tender conducted by "Navoiy Suv Ta'minoti". Following the review of the case, a financial fine was imposed on the company.

According to the committee's press service, the investigation began after an appeal from an entrepreneur. During the inquiry, it was established that the company did not comply with the requirements of the Law "On Competition" when conducting the bidding process.

A special commission initiated a case against "Navoiy Suv Ta'minoti". Based on the results of the review, a financial fine was imposed on the company. In addition, mandatory instructions were issued to eliminate the identified violations and prevent them in the future.

Earlier, in Karakalpakstan, violations were identified in 317 public procurements totaling 32.1 billion soums. The audit covered 345 tenders worth about 41 billion soums, including procurements where specialists detected signs of collusion between customers and participants.
