Temperatures in Uzbekistan could reach 42 degrees Celsius today.

According to Uzhydromet, dry weather is expected in most of Uzbekistan today. Wind speeds will be 7-12 m/s, but in some areas gusts may reach 13-18 m/s, and even 20-22 m/s, accompanied by dust storms. Temperatures will range from 30 to 35 degrees Celsius, with highs in the southern regions reaching 40-42 degrees Celsius.

No precipitation is also forecast for the capital. Wind speeds will be 3-8 m/s, possibly increasing to 12-14 m/s, with occasional dusty drifts. Temperatures in Tashkent will be 33-35 degrees Celsius.

No precipitation is expected in mountainous areas, with the exception of some areas in the Tashkent region, where short-term rain is possible. Winds will be moderate, 7-12 m/s, with a chance of increasing to 13-18 m/s. Temperatures in the mountains will be 25-30 degrees Celsius.
