Tashkent Thermal Power Plant reviews readiness for autumn-winter season
The working group of the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change closely monitors the activities of the Tashkent Thermal Power Plant.

The working group of the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change studied the state of preparation for the autumn-winter season at the Tashkent Thermal Power Plant.
The working group thoroughly examined the enterprise's preparation for the current autumn-winter season, the technical condition of the main equipment, the work being carried out to ensure the stable and safe operation of the plant during the heating season, as well as the technical condition of the filters, the level of their effective use and technical maintenance.
During the study, issues of future modernization of dust and gas purification systems were also discussed. The need for a phased modernization of equipment, the introduction of modern technologies, the consistent implementation of measures aimed at increasing purification efficiency and reducing the negative impact on atmospheric air was emphasized. In addition, the working group also reviewed the process of constructing new filtration equipment at power units 9 and 10.
The working group also studied the measures taken at the enterprise to comply with environmental requirements and prevent environmental hazards that may arise in the autumn-winter season.
Based on the results of the study, relevant recommendations were given to the responsible specialists. It was recommended to pay special attention to ensuring the reliable operation of existing cleaning systems, timely maintenance of equipment, and continuing work on their future modernization.
Such preventive measures will serve to increase the environmental safety of industrial enterprises, reduce the negative impact on atmospheric air, and prevent environmental hazards that may arise before the onset of the autumn-winter season.
