Specialists who worked at "Milan", "Chelsea" and "Roma" have joined the coaching staff of the Uzbekistan national team

The coaching staff of the Uzbekistan national football team, led by Fabio Cannavaro, has been reinforced with two more experienced Italian specialists. This was reported by the press service of the Uzbekistan Football Association.

According to the report, Silvano Cotti has been brought into the team as a physiotherapist. He has many years of international experience, having previously worked for the national teams of Italy and China, as well as top European clubs such as "Inter", "Milan", "Chelsea" and "Roma".

Additionally, biologist-nutritionist and sports nutrition specialist Andrea Iuliano has also joined the coaching staff of the Uzbekistan national team. Prior to this, he worked specifically as a sports nutritionist at the Italian club "Udinese" and the Switzerland youth (U-21) national team.

"These new specialists will be directly responsible for the physical condition of the players, proper recovery after training and matches, as well as sports nutrition during the preparation processes of the Uzbekistan national team," the UFA statement said.

For reference, the Uzbekistan national team started its next training camp today, September 21. Within the framework of this preparation, the "White Wolves" are scheduled to play a total of three friendly matches. Specifically, the players will test their strength against the national teams of Iran on September 24, Syria on October 1, and South Korea on October 6.
