Saida Mirziyoyeva met with the President of Turkey

On October 15, Saida Mirziyoyeva met with Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and conveyed to him the warm wishes of Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Prospects for further strengthening ties between the countries were discussed.

Head of the President's Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva announced that she was pleased to meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on October 15, and also conveyed the warm wishes of Shavkat Mirziyoyev to him.

"Uzbekistan and Turkey are bound by ties of friendship and close cooperation. During the conversation, we discussed the results of our joint efforts and the prospects for further strengthening relations between our countries.

I express my sincere gratitude to Mr. President for the warm welcome, the special attention paid to Uzbekistan, and his support for friendly relations between our brotherly peoples," she wrote on her social media page.
