Saida Mirziyoyeva discussed the development of major projects with the head of the US corporation

In New York, the head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, held a meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Ben Black. The parties reviewed major joint projects in the fields of transport and healthcare, the implementation of which has already begun.

Following the negotiations, Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized Uzbekistan's readiness to further expand cooperation with the DFC.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, which is currently being held in New York. The organization's headquarters is hosting delegations from nearly 130 countries, including Uzbekistan.

As part of the general debate, the delegation of Uzbekistan also listened to speeches by a number of heads of state.
