It is no secret to fans of Turkish TV series that unexpected controversies occur not only within the screenplays themselves, but sometimes also on their filming sets. Among such reports, there are also those that turn out to be groundless rumors.

Here, two sensational events took place at once, which were hotly discussed by reporters. The first is related to a jealousy scene that Berguzar Korel threw for Halit Ergenc. Back then, having seen the recorded footage of the scene involving Hurrem and Suleiman, Berguzar said, "such love cannot be played without real feelings." Although the spouses denied this report, reporters did not calm down for a long time. In addition, after some time, some bloggers claimed that Halit Ergenc and Okan Yalabik got into a fight while filming the execution scene of Ibrahim Pasha. Supposedly, the actors could not come to an agreement because they had different views on the development of events in the series. While Berguzar's jealousy might be believable, it is hard to believe in a fight between Halit and Okan.

First, Sibel Tascioglu left the series, after which reports spread in the press about her having a fight with Feyza Civelek. Later, similar rumors emerged following the departure of Sila Turkoglu and Emrah Altintoprak. The actors themselves remained silent on this matter, and only Feyza, in one of her interviews, emphasized that the reports published in the media did not correspond to reality. However, many believe that producer Faruk Turgut is extremely afraid of offending screenwriter Melis Civelek and therefore allows her to remove important characters from the series. The producer himself denies such talk.

Even during the filming of this once-popular series, there were rumors that the relationship between Bahar Sahin and Mine Tugay was tense, but all the details of the prolonged conflict became known only last year. Bahar revealed that she had repeatedly filed complaints against her colleague, accusing her of systematic humiliation and insults. Tugay tried to refute the young actress's words, but failed to do so: Sahin published copies of her applications and said she would no longer remain silent. The production company made no statements, while the celebrities continued to clarify their relationship.

According to journalists, Kivanc was very dissatisfied with Fahriye's behavior during the filming process. According to him, Evcen treated those around her like servants, while Tatlitug himself considers such treatment unacceptable. The Turkish actor did not make any loud statements; he simply announced that he would no longer film with Fahriye.

An incident that occurred during the filming of the second season of this famous project ended in lawsuits. Back then, members of the film crew involved in preparing props sued Burak Ozcivit. According to them, one day Burak came out of a tent, approached the workers, and began criticizing their work in a rude tone, using obscene language. The victims went to court, but after a long trial, Ozcivit was found not guilty. The Turkish actor himself emphasized that the incident did take place, but he had never insulted anyone.

Burch Kumbetlioglu, who played the role of Boran, caused a major scandal during the filming of the second season, accusing the directors and producers of inappropriate behavior. Fans of the series know well that it was not easy for the actor himself: some viewers, unable to separate the actor from his character, left terrible comments about Burch himself. The situation escalated further after a short video consisting of scenes showing Boran Albora being slapped by other characters was published on the official page of the series "Olis Shahar" (Far City). While Boran's critics rejoiced at this, Kumbetlioglu faced an unprecedented wave of hatred against himself. The flow of criticism and death wishes was so strong that the Turkish actor had a fight with the producers and even closed his personal page on social networks. However, neither the creators of the project nor the actor himself commented on these claims.
