According to reports circulating on social networks, a citizen was driving a Lixiang 9 car without a driver's license and was escaping responsibility through an acquaintance named "Abdumajid" who worked at the Andijan Regional Traffic Police Department. The Andijan Regional Traffic Police Department officially responded to these reports.

As a result of the investigation conducted by the responsible officers of the Traffic Police Department, it was determined that Sh.D., the owner of the Lixiang 9 car with the state license plate number 60 D 010 LD, did not have a driver's license. However, the compulsory insurance policy issued for the car was of the "unlimited" type, and Sh.D. stated that he did not drive the car himself, but always drove with the involvement of a person with a driver's license.
