Real Madrid make final decision on summer transfers

Real Madrid have made a final decision on their summer transfers.

Real Madrid have decided not to sign any new players before the summer transfer window closes.

Spanish journalist José Félix Díaz has reported that the Madrid club will not make any more signings during the summer transfer window.

Earlier, there were reports that Real Madrid could strengthen their midfield and central defence. The club considered the option of signing another midfielder and a left-footed central defender. Inter Milan's Alessandro Bastoni was mentioned as one of the main candidates to strengthen the defense.

However, the club decided not to strengthen these two positions with a new player.

Real Madrid made a number of major deals during the summer transfer window. Among them are Marc Cucurella, Ibrahima Konate, Bernardo Silva, Denzel Dumfries, Carlos Espy and Yann Diomande.

Diomande became the most expensive transfer in the club's history. His transfer, including bonuses, will reach 140 million euros.

Madrid have also signed 19-year-old midfielder Sergio Martinez from Racing. However, the player is expected to initially play for the club's second team, Castilla.

However, there are also players who could leave the club before the transfer window closes. Eduardo Camavinga is being linked with a move to the Premier League, but the player has no intention of leaving Madrid. Raul Asensio is also up for sale, but he is also likely to stay in the Spanish capital.
