Rains, thunderstorms, and mudflows: what the weather will be like in Uzbekistan on October 2

On October 2, mudflow and flood phenomena are possible in the foothill and mountainous regions of Uzbekistan. This was reported by Uzhydromet.

In the Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, rain is expected in places during the night and morning. In some areas, it may be heavy.

Thunderstorms are also possible in the foothills and mountains. In high-altitude areas, the rain may turn into snow.

During the day, the temperature across the country will range from 23° to 32°C. It will be warmest in the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions — up to 32°C.

No precipitation is expected in Tashkent. At night, the temperature will be 13–15°C, and during the day, 25–27°C.

In mountainous areas, wind speeds may increase to 15–20 m/s.
