Putin calls for preparations for Russian military return from war

Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin said that the Russian government needs to prepare in advance for the return of servicemen from the front, as well as to resolve issues of providing them with employment in the future. The Russian president said this at a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.

“There is another issue that will certainly arise. This is the issue of our young men returning from the front lines after the end of the special military operation,” Putin noted.

According to him, we are talking about a large number of people who will need work after returning to their homeland. Therefore, the government should think in advance about providing them with employment.

“There are a lot of people, they need to be provided with employment, they come with healthy ambitions, etc. This is a serious matter, it is necessary to prepare for it in advance,” Putin said.

At the same time, he called resolving issues related to the so-called "special operation" situation, as well as supporting the families of military personnel and war participants, one of the main tasks.
