Opportunities for B2B sales on marketplaces expand
It is planned to allow transactions between business entities to be carried out through electronic trading platforms, creating the opportunity to execute all necessary documents directly in digital format.

B2B trading opportunities will be expanded on marketplaces.
It is planned to create equal conditions for doing business on digital trading platforms in Uzbekistan. This is stipulated in the decree of the Head of State on the implementation of the tasks set in his dialogue with entrepreneurs.
According to the decree, by the end of 2026, a draft regulatory legal act will be developed that provides for the following:
* Allowing transactions between business entities to be carried out through electronic trading platforms and creating the possibility of issuing all necessary documents directly in digital format.
* Establishing a transparent procedure for pre-trial consideration of complaints of users of digital platforms, as well as obligations to notify market participants in advance of changes in platform rules.
* Bringing corporate customers' advance payments for state procurement into line with the procedure, amounts and conditions established for budget customers.
* Linking three-year procurement plans, estimates and business plans with procurement schedules for large customers, introducing a separate procurement plan for investment projects, unified technical requirements and KPI indicators.
* Considering the possibility of purchasing small quantities of goods up to 100 million soums from budget funds within the framework of state procurement.
For information, the Law "On Electronic Commerce" states that both parties in electronic commerce - both the seller and the buyer - can be individuals or legal entities.
