Odilkhon Ismoilov has been released
The founder of “Rayxon oilaviy milliy taomlari”, Odilkhon Ismoilov, has been released from custody in the courtroom. The Court of Appeal deemed the sentence imposed on him to be conditional and set a 3-year probation period. The fact that part of the damage caused within the criminal case was deposited in cash into the bank deposit account, along with other circumstances, was taken into account.

The criminal case against Odilkhon Ismoilov, the founder of "Rayxon oilaviy milliy taomlari" (Rayxon family national dishes), was reviewed in the court of appeal. Today, the ruling of the appeal court regarding this case was announced.
It is reported that part of the damage caused within the framework of the criminal case was paid in cash to a deposit account, and the property belonging to Odilkhon Ismoilov was set to be accepted onto the bank's balance sheet at the request of the bank. Additionally, the attached properties were sold to cover the damages. Taking these and other circumstances into account, the sentence imposed on Odilkhon Ismoilov under Article 167, Part 3, Clause "a" of the Criminal Code was left unchanged, and pursuant to Article 72 of the Criminal Code, it was made conditional, with a probation period of 3 years established.
Thus, he was released from custody in the courtroom.
Odilkhon Ismoilov had been sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment by the verdict of the Pop District Criminal Court on July 13, 2026.
Odilkhon Ismoilov was born in 1977 in the Namangan region and is the founder of "Rayxon oilaviy milliy taomlari".
From 2010, he served as the deputy chief imam-khatib of Tashkent city. From 2011 to July 2018, he worked as the chief imam-khatib of the Shaykhontohur district and the imam-khatib of the "Shaykh Zayniddin" cathedral mosque. In July 2018, the Muslim Board announced that Ismoilov was dismissed due to "disseminating unverified information via the internet and being unable to fulfill his duties due to illness."
Odilkhon Ismoilov worked at the "Vaqf" public charitable foundation starting from 2019.
In February 2019, Odilkhon Ismoilov was appointed imam-khatib of the "Khoja Alambardor" mosque in the Shaykhontohur district. In September 2019, he was relieved of his post at his own request due to health problems.
He was arrested in January 2026 on charges of embezzlement or misappropriation, false entrepreneurship, and other allegations.
