Nicolas Cage's $10.5 million luxury home could be "swallowed" by the earth

Nicolas Cage's home, located in Malibu, California, is at risk of sinking. On September 8, a large sinkhole with a diameter of 9 meters appeared near the actor's yard, in place of the driveway, Page Six reports.

According to preliminary data, the collapse may have occurred as a result of coastal erosion. At the scene, gas company employees were busy restoring a damaged gas pipeline. No evacuation has been announced so far, and no one was injured.

Cage purchased this property, which has an area of almost 370 square meters, in 2024. The real estate is valued at 10.5 million dollars. The house is located on the oceanfront and has a private terrace on the roof.
