New joint projects between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan have been launched
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev took part in the launch ceremony of joint projects.
Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan have launched new joint initiatives.
At the ceremony, a number of joint projects were launched, covering the following areas:
* Cooperation in the banking sector.
* Production of modern construction materials.
* Establishment of educational institutions.
* Construction of gas station infrastructure.
* Construction of large tourist and residential complexes.
* Processing of mineral resources.
* Development of horticulture.
Participants in the event established online communication with project sites in the regions and presented progress reports.
It was emphasized that these new joint projects are intended to further deepen cooperation between the business communities of both countries, increase mutual investment, create new jobs, and infuse economic cooperation with concrete practical content.
