The States of Guernsey is giving the money to a Cornwall charity's response team in Nepal.

Communities in Nepal affected by deadly flash flooding will be given £50,000 in support, funded by officials in Guernsey.
The island's government said its Overseas Aid & Development Commission had approved the money, which will go to Cornish-based charity Shelterbox's response team in Nepal.
More than 1,300 people have been reported dead in the country after flooding hit near the border with Tibet on 26 August.
Deputy Jennifer Strachan, president of the commission, said she was pleased to back Shelterbox's work to provide emergency shelter and essential household items to affected communities and families.
"Our thoughts and sympathies are with all those affected and we recognise the immense human suffering and hardship being experienced by communities across the region," she said.
"As Nepal moves from the immediate rescue phase of this disaster into the next stage of humanitarian response, attention is turning to the urgent needs of families who have lost their homes, possessions and access to essential services," Strachan said.
She added that Shelterbox was a long-established partner of the commission and had previously received emergency relief funding for other humanitarian crises.
