Navoiyuran earned 4.3 trillion soums in net profit in the first half of 2026, an increase of 136.1% year-on-year.

According to data published by the state-owned enterprise Navoiyuran, its net profit for the first half of 2026 reached almost 4.3 trillion soums. This is a 136.1% increase compared to the same period last year, when the company's net profit was 1.8 trillion soums.

During the reporting period, the company's net revenue increased by 101.8% year-on-year, reaching 9.7 trillion soums. Gross profit also demonstrated significant growth, increasing by 109.1% and exceeding 7 trillion soums.

By the end of the first half of the year, Navoiyuran's assets amounted to 19.8 trillion soums. Soums, a 70.5% increase compared to the same period last year. The company's equity grew by 60.1% to 15 trillion Soums, and retained earnings increased by 73.3%, reaching 13.3 trillion Soums.

The company's profit for the last 12 months amounted to 7.9 trillion Soums, a 56.6% increase year-on-year.

At the same time, Navoiyuran's long-term bank loans increased to 3.6 trillion Soums by the end of the reporting period, compared to 1.6 trillion Soums a year earlier.

According to Bloomberg, Navoiyuran plans to hold an IPO in the second half of 2026, offering 10-15% of its shares. However, at the time of writing, the company had not yet been converted from a state-owned company to a joint-stock company.
