Three Uzbek boxers won the IBA.Pro 20 tournament, which took place on August 14 in Naberezhnye Chelny. Mirazizbek Mirzakhalilov won the IBF European championship belt, while Khalimjon Mamasoliyev and Khavasbek Asadullaev won their bouts, according to the Uzbekistan Boxing Federation.
Mirzakhalilov competed in the super bantamweight division (up to 55.3 kg). In the 10-round bout for the IBF European title, his opponent was undefeated Russian boxer Chingiz Natirov, who had 10 wins to his name, five of which were knockouts.
Natirov was unable to continue after four rounds. Mirzakhalilov won by technical knockout and won the championship belt. His professional record after this fight stood at five wins, four of which were by knockout.
In the light heavyweight (90.7 kg), Khalimjon Mamasoliyev fought a 10-round bout against Russian boxer German Skobenko.
Following the bout, all judges unanimously awarded the victory to the Uzbek boxer. This was the eighth victory of Mamasoliyev's professional career; he has won seven fights by knockout.
Another Uzbek boxer, Khavasbek Asadullaev, competed in the welterweight (66.7 kg) bout against Russian Sergey Lubkovich and also won a 10-round bout.
Thus, all three Uzbek boxers who competed at IBA.Pro 20 in Naberezhnye Chelny ended their fights with victories.
