According to data provided by the Tax Committee, as of October 1, 2026, there are 1,340 enterprises in the manufacturing sector with tax debts exceeding 100 million soums. Their total tax debt amounted to 2 trillion 593.7 billion soums.
Out of this amount, 870 billion soums, or 33.5 percent of the total debt, belongs to the top 10 enterprises with the highest tax debt.
The enterprise with the largest tax debt in the manufacturing sector is "SHAFFOF METAN SANOAT" LLC, with a debt of 195.4 billion soums. Located in the Fergana region, this enterprise took first place in the ranking.
"MODERN PRO-IMPEX" LLC ranked second with a debt of 104.3 billion soums, while "HEBS NOVA STROY" LLC in the Tashkent region took third place with 96.8 billion soums.
The following positions were occupied by "PERFECT CULLINAN" LLC in the Tashkent region with a debt of 91.1 billion soums, "JIZZAX REGION METAL" LLC in the Jizzakh region with 82.4 billion soums, and "SILIKON COLOR" LLC with 72.8 billion soums.
Additionally, the debt of "SHARG'UN KO'MIR" JSC amounted to 61.5 billion soums, "JO'RABEK AVLODI" LLC to 57.7 billion soums, "QUIET SABA" LLC to 56.4 billion soums, and "SHEROBOD SEMENT ZAVODI" LLC to 51.6 billion soums.
By region, the largest tax debt was recorded in the Tashkent region. Here, the total debt of 213 enterprises reached 583.8 billion soums. In the Andijan region, the debt of 163 enterprises amounted to 417.4 billion soums, and in the Fergana region, 102 enterprises owed 351.6 billion soums.
In the city of Tashkent, the debt of 130 enterprises was 262.3 billion soums, and in the Jizzakh region, 64 enterprises owed 147.4 billion soums. In the Surkhandarya region, 52 enterprises have a debt of 112.5 billion soums, and in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 76 enterprises owe 97.3 billion soums.
In the Samarkand region, the debt of 123 enterprises amounted to 98 billion soums, in the Bukhara region, 97 enterprises owed 80 billion soums, and in the Navoiy region, 85 enterprises owed 70.9 billion soums.
In the Syrdarya region, the debt of 45 enterprises was 68.3 billion soums, in the Kashkadarya region, 49 enterprises owed 56.3 billion soums, in the Namangan region, 67 enterprises owed 49.3 billion soums, and in the Khorezm region, 67 enterprises owed 45.9 billion soums.
