The Mirzo Ulugbek District Criminal Court has announced its ruling regarding the collision between a Li 9 and a BYD, which occurred in September 2025.

According to the court decision, the 26-year-old driver of the Li 9, F.J., was found guilty of committing offenses stipulated in the following articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility:

Article 128-3, Part 4

– drivers of vehicles exceeding the established speed limit by more than 60 kilometers per hour;

Article 133

– violation of traffic rules by drivers of vehicles resulting in light bodily injury to the victim or significant material damage;

Article 135-1, Part 1

– violation of the requirements of the legislation on compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners.

He was handed a final fine of 6 million 180 thousand soums. It was noted that the material damage caused to the victim by the offender has been compensated.

Additionally, the interested party was explained their right to appeal to a civil court to recover other material and moral damages resulting from this traffic accident, and the parties were informed of the procedure and deadlines for appealing the court decision.

On September 30, 2025, a traffic accident occurred in the Mirzo Ulugbek district when a BYD and a Lixiang L9 collided with each other.

Photos and videos circulated on social media showed the Li 9 vehicle completely destroyed as a result of the accident.

The administrative case related to this traffic accident was reviewed in the Mirzo Ulugbek District Criminal Court. According to the court's decision dated December 23, 2025, the collision occurred when D.R., driving the BYD, was changing their direction of travel from right to left, colliding with the Li 9 car driven by F.J.
