"Kapitalbank" gathered football veterans on one pitch for the third time

The third championship among football veterans, initiated by "Kapitalbank", took place at the "Yoshlik" stadium in Tashkent. The competition once again brought together players who love sports, for whom team spirit and the drive for victory have become an integral part of life. The average age of the participants was 72 years.

Four teams competed for the main trophy: the Tashkent national team, "Algoritm", "Sergeli", and "Kapitalbank"'s corporate team.

A total of four matches were played within the tournament. In the first stage, the Tashkent national team competed against "Kapitalbank", and "Algoritm" faced "Sergeli". Based on the results of these matches, the teams continued the struggle for the final places: the Tashkent national team and "Algoritm" competed for 1st and 2nd places, while "Kapitalbank" and "Sergeli" fought for 3rd and 4th places.

As a result, the prize-winning places were distributed as follows:

"For us, supporting this tournament for the third consecutive year is a great honor. This is not just a sports competition, but an opportunity to pay tribute to the people who have made a huge contribution to the development of football. Their energy, enthusiasm, and drive for victory clearly demonstrate that age is no barrier to leading an active life and pursuing a passion for one's favorite hobby," noted Oksana Lindina, Advisor to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSCB "Kapitalbank".

The tournament concluded with a solemn awarding ceremony. Cups, medals, and memorable gifts were presented to the participants.

Supporting sports initiatives, including veterans' football, remains an important part of "Kapitalbank"'s social activities. The bank continues to support projects aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering traditions of active longevity.
