**Japan goalkeeper set to join PSG – Romano reports**

According to well-known insider Fabrizio Romano, French club PSG is close to finalizing negotiations with Parma and Japan goalkeeper Zion Suzuki.

According to the source, the Parisians are ready to pay the Italian club 35 million euros for the transfer. The final stage of negotiations is expected to take place in the coming days. If the deal is completed, Suzuki could initially move to Juventus on loan. However, if the team's current goalkeeper Luca Chevalier leaves the club, the Japanese goalkeeper will remain in Paris.

For information, Suzuki has been defending the honor of Parma since 2024. He played in 59 matches for the team, conceding 83 goals and keeping 13 clean sheets. The Transfermarkt portal estimates the player's market value at 30 million euros. His current contract with the Italian club runs until June 30, 2029.

Zion Suzuki also played as the main goalkeeper for the Japanese national team at the 2026 World Cup. In 4 matches at the World Cup, he scored 5 goals.
